Development plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this new document release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the sprawling island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing different parts of the estate.
Alongside this are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for boat shelters.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the current oversight disclosure.
